Leon Bet Casino - Verification delayed after getting successfully verifying
Good Evening,
After playing on Leon Bet, I managed to win a sum of 1028€, when I tried to withdraw I was asked for the verification, which is normal and ok for me.
First they asked to follow the automated process (ID, Selfie, Address Confirmation) and the verification was successful.
I thought the verification was complete but no, I was asked for a screenshot of my wallet (NETELLER) and a new selfie holding a paper and my ID in my hands.
After 6 days I received a message that my verification was complete and successful, but I still can't make a withdraw, and now they say that it can take up to 30 days.
I'd like to ask for help regarding this concern, I made 2 successful verification but I still can't withdraw.

This complaint seems to have been overlooked back in 2022. We would like to rectify this case:
We invited the client to join our video verification session on 11/08/2022. Unfortunately, they missed it and didn't reach out afterward. As a result, we marked it as a failed verification on 17/08/2022 and refunded the deposit to the client’s Neteller account.
