Firstly I deposited 10051 INR via AstroPay on Leon bet casino on 21st Nov and wager my total deposit amount and placed withdraw then they refused my withdraw and ask for kyc and I submitted my kyc document and my account is verified. Then I placed a withdraw request then they again refused my withdraw and asked me to wager again 10051 inr on sports then I did the wager and today I placed the withdraw request then they asking for AstroPay deposit proofs, I sent the transaction history and profile screenshot an all, but they are saying me send this in pdf, I told them that in AstroPay no option available to download pdf of transaction history, they are saying we need we need, it's too much now please take against again them, I kindly requesting you guys please.

I've received your email confirming that the evidence we provided is sufficient to demonstrate the customer's failure to pass our video verification procedure, indicating they were not personally managing their account. As you're aware, we've already taken action by closing the account and forfeiting the remaining funds. Please note, that the withdrawn amount exceeds the total sum of deposited funds.
According to p.6.7 of our Terms:
6.7 The account must be registered personally for yourself and shall not be transferable or shared. If you transfer the account to another person, you violate the terms which will lead to your player account being locked and its balance withheld.
