Stalling payment, requesting verification paperwork agan
I alredy got through the verification process at leovegas .
The verification process should be a one-time process. My first withdraw was paid with few minutes while ago.
Last week i did make a deposit about 350 euros.
Finally I won 550 euros. I did wthdrew 450 euros.
I got no message about the status of my withdraw. I checked my account at leovegas and it says: pending.
After 8 hours i did contact Live chat and I asked why my withdraw is still pending?
They said we need your bank statment.
They also said, we did call you about this matter and you missed our call. . which is is a lie. they never called me. LMAO !!!
I told i already got through the verification and everything was okey . I even had a withdraw once.
They said, we undrastand but you gonna have to send a bank statment.
I sent them a bank statment and a copy of my paysafecard (i paid my last deposits with paysafecard).
After a few hours i did contact them on live chat and i also sent an email.
No answer at all. neither on live chat .
It's not the first time i gamble. it's is a big shame. Leo vegas was once a good casino.
I hear more often complaints . do'nt know what the hell happened to this casino .
All this trouble to get 450 euro's ?? unbelievable !!
Anyway ,
Any help from askgamblers team will be appreciated . If they have time of course !!
