1. Verified my account and confirmed verification prior to any deposit made.
2. Deposited and lost with btc
3. Was provided a bonus amount of $15.00 with max cash out of $500.00
4. Beat the bonus odds and was able to cash out 500.
5. Since 10/21 , support keep saying I will have email once payment sent to me, their third party provider handles payments. There’s no way for them to tell when this will be... come on....
6. Still waiting for my $500 btc withdrawl.
7. Payment is approved by casino and don’t know what’s going on.
Been almost a month, with no money sent to me yet. What a shame !!

Either way, really wish the casino could of mentioned something earlier about changing the withdrawl method..

Financial support contacted me yesterday stating BTC e-wallet withdrawl method is not possible due to long delay time from their third party company that handles bitcoin payouts. (Note: casino accepts bitcoin instantly when depositing, though clearly there are challenges for them to send bitcoin -_-)
I had to change my withdrawl method to ACH direct deposit to checking account.
All information was provided, and support member stated my payment will go out during yesterday’s “batch of payments” from their processor.
Today is here, no money sent to me. Contacted support today... told me I should check back with them in 2-3 days to see what’s going on...
Clearly it appears I’m going though deja-vu with the casino again...
