On April 26th I received an email stating that $2,000 has been successfully processed. I waited several days and contacted support when I did not see the payment in my bank account. Support mentioned that it can take up to 10 business days to approve so I planned on waiting.
My real concern started last Thursday when I received an email with at attachment stating the amount wats in fact deposited. I triple checked the account and sure enough there is no money there.
Las Vegas USA, could you please let me know what your next steps are to ensure you can send the payment in a timely matter? I still have another pending payment for 2,000 and am losing confidence in your customer support and credibility.
