I requested a withdraw on 10/09 and they told me they are processed and approved or delcined within 5-7 days. I have prevoiusly recieved payment within that time frame. However this time, they keep saying it is processed and approved but their payment processor is a 3rd party and that mine will be in the next batch. I have waited a week and still nothing. Please help
