Delaying withdrawal after approval


hit cashout on 11/01, approved on 11/03, and then the live chat people claim it was paid on 11/15 and I still have nothing in my account its 11/22 and they give me some lame run around excuse blaming a "3rd party" for the major delay. still nothing in my account and they wont even give me the "3rd party's" information so I can call them see what the hold up is

yes i got the payment , but it was short i only got 446 insea of the 500 i withdrew for and had to wait a month for it
