Delayed payment, lack of communication


Hello
I have been a player on silver oak casino for over 1 year now and have recently won $2,500.00 I was told it was approved and sent to processing on the Aug 8th and I have not seen a email with tracking info and Have had a hard time get ahold of any one at the casino If you could please update me on the status of the payment that would be great.

I've just received your tracking and I'm happy to tell you that it shows your payment is set to be delivered to you tomorrow morning (Wednesday) by 10:30. :-)

I can confirm that your payment was sent off to our processor, yesterday. I would expect your tracking to come through towards mid-week, this coming week--as soon as your tracking comes through, I'll come back and update this thread.
