Withdrawal pending casino seems dead


Hi Guys,

I only found this casino is blacklisted here.

I was with them for a couple of years, and they are still sending me promotions (last one 7 days ago), also deposits accepted and all games in place. Looks like the casino is operating as normal. But when I made a withdrawal request of 700 EUR 2 days ago, I found it is still pending.

Chat is not answering, and support email does not exist anymore.

I know it is part of the dama.n.v. group, so could you please advise me on my next steps? I probably can write a complaint to the Curacao gaming authority or whatever it is called, but maybe there is a better way that exists.

I know it is blacklisted, but any advice appreciated. It's a pure scam, I don't want to leave it like that.
