Fake payment methods listed none of them works

I deposited a relatively small amount at Koi Casino. I was lucky playing Aviator and managed to make a more considerable sum, which I would like to withdraw.

I have gone through the verification process successfully, and no matter which payment method I choose, it always comes back with an error message. (Error code 025).

The support told me to do some ridiculous steps (e.g., try a different browser, different machine, etc.), which I performed by the letter with no luck. Later, they changed their mind and told me that Bank Transfers wouldn't work for my country (Hungary). I created a MiFinity account, a crypto wallet, and even JetOn (still waiting to finish my verifications - the documents are approved btw), but nothing seems to work.

Today, they said that only MiFinity works for my country. And yet, it doesn't!!!

Unfortunately, they don't seem to send all chats to me via email, so today's messages are unavailable.

The amount I would like to withdraw is 196.800 HUF (circa 547 USD)

I need help resolving this matter.

We have reviewed the matter regarding the withdrawal, and indeed there was a technical error causing the payment method to be temporarily unavailable for a short time, rest assured as was communicated earlier, this has been under investigation by the relevant department, and has since been resolved, and the user has successfully proceeded to withdraw the funds.

Requesting to try different browsers, different devices, and clearing cache & cookies is part of our standard troubleshooting, that is gone through with all users facing technical issues, and we wish to apologise for the trouble on this behalf.

Ensuring fair and fast withdrawals is something we always wish to ensure and provide for our valued customers here at KoiCasino, and we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience caused.
