Delayed payment 3000 EUR since June 7th

I made a withdrawal request on 7.6.2025 for 3000.00€

My verification was approved quickly, and I was left waiting for my withdrawal to arrive.

I asked every few days why I still haven't received my money, and the answer I got was:

I asked the money transfer broker Trumo if they see my €3000 withdrawal request and they replied;
"We recommend that you contact Klikkasino, as we can confirm that the transfer you made has been cancelled and the money has been returned to your account."
However, I can't log in because my account has been closed for a reason I still haven't found out?!
