Waiting months for account verification and withdrawal
I requested a withdrawal on KinBet on December 31st 2025, and it is still pending today February 14th 2026. I contacted live support several times in the first weeks of January, and they told me my withdrawals were looking good and that I just had to wait a bit longer, as they were processing in their queue. Confirming my account was verified, and there was no option to upload any more documents in the "verification" page either, as the account was already verified.
Then when nothing happened for another few weeks, I contacted them again early February, and they then told me I had to upload a lot of different documents again to get the withdrawals approved, even though I had already done so and my account was already verified. I complied and uploaded these documents again, but nothing happened again for another week, until I randomly checked my account again and saw that they had approved all the documents, but added one extra document that needed to be uploaded, that they had not requested before. No notice of any of this was ever sent to me by email, I had to log in and check my account manually every time. As soon as I saw this I uploaded this as well, and have now waited another week for any further updates. It seems they are just delaying the withdrawals as long as possible and coming up with new things to ask for, one at a time, with weeks long response time for every verification step.
