Dear AskGamblers!

I would like to contact you again and complain about Kinbet Casino.

When I last emailed you, you said you couldn't do anything because I quote: “Please remember that each online casino has the exclusive right to define and apply its own payout policies and procedures, subject to the requirements of its license agreement.”

“If your payment is not processed within the payment deadline, please use AGCCS again and file a lawsuit against the aforementioned casino operator.”

Now, I initiated a withdrawal via bank transfer on 2026.06.21, which is still in the “under review” phase. According to the casino's internal regulations, this process could take a maximum of 3 days. It does not state any reason that could cause a delay.

Furthermore, the casino has behaved towards me in a way that I consider to be unworthy. Just to name a few: the agents can never provide any useful information, I write to them every single day, and they always say the same thing without change, they say they will report my problem to the finance department, which will prioritize my payout (of course, nothing happens), and I could go on and on…

There is money in there that is rightfully mine. I earned it rightfully by following the rules. I have never experienced anything like this at any casino. It is outrageous and unacceptable to me, and I am so fed up with it.

Please do something.

My withdrawals still in pending status

I have Registered as player at the casino since more than 8 months, and played and become a VIP L5 member, I was playing sometimes winning and sometimes loosing and making some withdrawals and all was fine.

On the first week of this month as usual I played and get a good luck and big win 25,000 $ I continued playing and raising my bet on my Favorite Game to the Max. and my wins increased and reaches more than 100,000 $, on 5th Jan i made my first withdrawal of 1500$ and I got them, on 6th I made another withdrawal of 1500$ on 7th the same and on 9th the same.

The 3 days limits passed and nothing credited to my account I chatted several times with the Customer support and always promises to prioritise my withdrawals without real action , I talk to my VIP account manager also no Real action , I emailed customer support and I got only promises at the End I emailed the Compliant team at the casino and the next day they told me that they processed the 9th Jan deposit , I checked on my casino and that was true it changes from under verify to under process and after 2 days i found that this withdrawal have been returned to my account with a remark on the withdrawal status that its been declined even my withdrawal was to the same card which was been used before and it was processed without decline !!!

I emailed the Compliant team again and so far no response

As on now my first 2 withdrawal status still under verification since 6th and 7th January and another withdrawal dated 12th Jan also under verification.

Am not sure if this is accepted

I have screenshots for my pending withdrawals showing the dates and the amount , I have copies from all Emails I have send to Customer support and to Compliant team and also I have script for my last 2 chats with live chat of the customer support and I can provide you with all those documents upon your request.
