Payment complaint

I would like to contact you again and complain about Kinbet Casino.
When I last emailed you, you said you couldn't do anything because I quote: “Please remember that each online casino has the exclusive right to define and apply its own payout policies and procedures, subject to the requirements of its license agreement.”
“If your payment is not processed within the payment deadline, please use AGCCS again and file a lawsuit against the aforementioned casino operator.”
Now, I initiated a withdrawal via bank transfer on 2026.06.21, which is still in the “under review” phase. According to the casino's internal regulations, this process could take a maximum of 3 days. It does not state any reason that could cause a delay.
Furthermore, the casino has behaved towards me in a way that I consider to be unworthy. Just to name a few: the agents can never provide any useful information, I write to them every single day, and they always say the same thing without change, they say they will report my problem to the finance department, which will prioritize my payout (of course, nothing happens), and I could go on and on…
There is money in there that is rightfully mine. I earned it rightfully by following the rules. I have never experienced anything like this at any casino. It is outrageous and unacceptable to me, and I am so fed up with it.
Please do something.
