Good morning.
I hope you are well.
I was hoping you could help me with this casino. I seem to be getting nowhere.
I signed up on the 25th February. I had a fairly nice win of £673.75.
The following day I received an email asking for some extensive verification documents. Not just what I would think were normal, like ID and proof off address. But also some photos with me holding a note with their details on it and the front and back of my ID, and then the front and back of my bank card.
This seemed quite strange. But I sent them in on the 30th March.
I heard nothing back from them and so I made a complaint on the 4th April. They have not responded to my complaint.
After many many chase ups, and occasionally being told to wait for the relevant team to get back to me, they replied on the 9th April saying that the photo I had sent with my bank card was "declined since it is deemed too dark and the card number is not visible". This was not the case at all.
I reiterated my complaint again, which I had followed up numerous times. But I’ve still not had a response to that.
I sent 2 new photos with the front and back of my card on the 1st May. I have attached the photos I sent here below. They have not responded.
I'd really appreciate your help with this as I am not getting anywhere.
