I submitted my verification documents on May 12th 2021. This was required to process my payment on a slots win. I haven't heard anything back about why it is being delayed. The document reference is 04661557. I have tried sending emails and contact forms but nobody has contacted me to tell me about the delay. If they need any more information they should contact me.
