Ok so on the 18/11/21 I put in a withdrawal of £150 and I am still waiting I have done all that is asked from them and having to upload documents multiple times and now all I keep getting told is the relevant team will contact you soon well there soon must be very long as still waiting this can’t keep happening and is stupid that it keeps going on and we the Customers have to resort to these types measures to get things sorted out.
