Long delays in responding
On the 23rd Jan I deposited £90 into Kassu and luckily won around £1123. (I can’t check exactly as they’ve locked me out of my account). I withdrew to my bank and heard nothing at all for a week so I contacted them on live chat and a few hours later received a request for documents. I sent these over and again heard nothing back so I went back to live chat and again a few hours later received a request for photos of me holding my ID, bank card and a signed, dated handwritten letter. Tedious yes but I understand why some casinos insist. I sent those and they were declined for being blurry apparently which I didn’t feel they were and they were the wrong size. I re took and resent the photos 7 days ago and have had no response. It’s fine that they ask for this stuff but to not communicate with me unless I specifically go to live chat isn’t acceptable. I would just like communication and it not to take a week to reply if at all to an email.
