Kassu refusing to process my withdrawal despite doing all the verification steps asked

I would like to submit a complaint about Kassu Casino who are refusing to confirm verification and process my withdrawal despite me sending everything they have asked for.
I signed up to Kassu on the 24th October 2019. I accepted their welcome bonuses and lost. At the time the site said it had all of the verification it needed.
There were no problems for some time until I took part in a reload bonus they had on the 7th February 2020. I had a moderate win and withdrew.
The following day they emailed (please see image 1) stating that the account had been temporary limited as per a "standard routine check". And asking for what seemed to be very excessive verification documents. Nonetheless I provided all of these (please see image 2) on the 12th February.
They rejected these again on the 18th (please see image 3). I provided new ones on the 25th February (please see images 4 & 5).
Once again my photos were rejected.
I sent a third set of photos on the 2nd April (please see image 6 showing I sent them, plus images 7,8,9 & 10 which are the images themselves). I have heard nothing from them since.
I first made a formal complaint to them about all this on the 25th Feb (please see image 11). They have never responded to this complaint.
Since I sent in my third set of photos I have followed up with them on numerous occasions, to which they have not responded.
Please help, as I feel I have done everything I can with them.
