I requested 3 withdrawals from Kassu casino. 2 withdrawal on saturday 5th june 2021 totalling £110 and 1 withdrawal £150 on Sunday 6th June 2021. I have chased payment for 2 days after the 72 hours allowance as per T&Cs. Since chasing a 3rd time I have tried to log in to be informed that I have requested a self exclusion which i did not request. Now i cannot contact other than through email which i am not getting any reply.
To summarise i am awaiting a withdrawal of £260.
