I have tryed to withdraw £140.80 from kassu casino but my withdrawal has been pending for around 9 days. i have contacted live chat multiple times and have been told the same thing each time "you have been passed along to payments team and will be a priority and should get your money soon" but ive not heard anything since i last spoke to live chat 3 days ago and the withdrawal is still pending.

Shortly after i lodged my complaint on here, kassu sent me an email telling me my winning were capped at £100 due to my winnings being from bonus spins so they took £40 off from my initial £140 and put the remainder back into my cash balance. I then requested a withdrawal and i got the money into my bank fairly quickly after that.
I have recieved my winning after around 2 weeks of waiting. Thanks for the help.
