I made a withdrawal on the 23//9/21. I was told to wait 72 hours for the withdrawal to be processed. After the 72 hours I contacted Kassu casino to be told they had escalated the withdrawal. They then requested photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment. Sent all the documents via email as when I tried to do it via my account it said I was fully verified. It’s been over the 72 hours for the verification to take place and still has not done so.
I am asking for help to have this resolved as I feel they are just stalling the withdrawal.
