Delayed payment since December
Back on the 6th of December I made a withdrawal of £1200 (£1199.2 after their 80p fee).They requested documents from me, including a photo of my driving license, a photo of my bank statement, a picture of the front and back of my debit card, a selfie holding a handwritten note with both side of my driving license and a selfie holding a handwritten note with both side of my debit card. I sent these on the 15th of December.
I heard nothing back for almost 3 months, I emailed again on the 19th of March asking what was happening. I got a reply on the 24th of March saying they haven't received my documents. I 100% definitely sent them as they're in my sent mail folder. But I immediately sent another set of photos with new selfies with new dates etc. I chased them again on the 3rd of April via email (plus all the other times I've been on live chat) but they're saying they're still checking my accounts. I just can't believe it takes 4 months to check my account? I have attached a screenshot of my sent mail to Kassu casino.
Would like this to be resolved as soon as possible.
