Casino delaying payment with no response
I joined Kassu on 25/03, depositing £85 and receiving an £85 welcome bonus. After playing for a while on a couple of different games I was lucky enough to end up with a total of £7205.60, which I immediately made withdrawal requests for. I received an email from Kassu on 26/03, saying my account had been limited and asking me to provide verification documents (screenshot included), which I sent off to them on 28/03. Despite contacting them several times since on live chat, I have not had any update. Kassu's terms say that documents will be verified within 72 hours, and it is now well over a week since I sent the documents. They have said on live chat they can't tell me how long this will take and they will escalate the problem - I have contacted them several times and they give the same answer every time.
Having looked at other complaints posted on here, I am not the only person who has had this issue with Kassu. I feel my only option is to submit a complaint, otherwise I could be waiting for months or maybe even longer. I have provided Kassu with everything they have asked for and heard nothing back - they are not sticking to their own withdrawal terms, which is unfair as I won that money fairly and have done everything required of me.
