I submitted a withdrawal request on 24th January for £86.70. I received an email saying this would be processed in 48 hours, and did not hear anything more until I emailed them on the 20th March. I was told at this point that it was escalated and then again, radio silence. In the last two weeks I've contacted them on live chat twice with the same response - that it's been escalated and to wait until I hear something. I have not received anything from them in terms of communication. I've checked if my account needs to be verified, just in case, but the page for uploading documents says "At this stage, we have all the necessary information to verify your account and no documents need to be uploaded. Rest assured that we will let you know if we need any further documents to be uploaded."
