Withdrawals not being paid

Dear,
I’ve been playing here for several months having played large amounts (+50K EUR).
Last week I had a small win compared to what I played. I decided to withdraw. It’s now been over the time limit as per their own T&C’s to process them.
I have reached out numerous times and they keep replying standard messages.

They also explicitly asked me to cancel the withdrawals for an extra bonus.

These people are extremely unethical and I hope via this way we can get them to finally process the withdrawals.
The winnings did not come from a bonus or anything. Just from playing slots with my own funds.

Casino not responding and withdrawal pending 6 days

The casino is not responding to any emails, and chat is not available.

I have had a withdrawal pending for 6 days.

I have sent emails and received nothing. I have reached out to other casinos within the Hollycorn group & their subsidiary Just Entertainment BV, and I am receiving nothing back.

I need AskGamblers to contact the casino and help mediate, as I notice they responded to a complaint 3 months ago.

Deposit pending after 6 days

I made a ETH crypto deposit 6days ago (1st May) the payment cleared from processing and removed from my wallet almost immediately but the funds failed to show in my account.

There is been no live support available at the site for the 6 days. Only a message saying it's under maintenance and to email support.

After emailing support with the proof of transaction and the details from ethscan.io.

I received a reply after 3 days asking for the same details I had already sent.

I resent the information and have not yet received any reply.

Also I have returned to the site to verify my account but it hasn't processed after 6days. Also my account now has no available deposit methods.
