Deposit pending after 6 days

I made a ETH crypto deposit 6days ago (1st May) the payment cleared from processing and removed from my wallet almost immediately but the funds failed to show in my account.

There is been no live support available at the site for the 6 days. Only a message saying it's under maintenance and to email support.

After emailing support with the proof of transaction and the details from ethscan.io.

I received a reply after 3 days asking for the same details I had already sent.

I resent the information and have not yet received any reply.

Also I have returned to the site to verify my account but it hasn't processed after 6days. Also my account now has no available deposit methods.
