JohnVegas Casino - Waiting for 2 deposits for 10 days

Hi.
I tried making 2 deposits of 2.000 NOK last Saturday. The payments are still pending and the casino is unable to give any updates as their payment provider does not reply. What on earth should I do? I will attach documents which shows my case. This is the longest I have ever waited for a casino to credit my deposits.

Delaying of Account verification

So I received following email:

Dear Roman,

We hope this message finds you well.

We are reaching out to inform you that additional documents are required to complete the verification of your account. As a result, your account status has been changed from Closed to Suspended until we receive the necessary documentation.

To proceed, please provide the following documents:

1. Proof of Address – A PDF bank statement from an Austrian bank or a utility bill.

2. Street Selfie + ID – A clear photo of yourself holding your ID in front of a street or identifiable background.

I have provided all the relevant documents. Then they asked:

We should perform the security verification process in order to provide you with further information regarding your account.

We kindly ask you to provide a photo (selfie) of yourself standing in front of a visible street name sign or house number that matches the address registered on your account.

Please make sure that both the street sign and house number, as well as your face, are clearly visible in the photo.

If you need assistance or have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.

I have provided that as well.

It states that it takes 24 hours to check documents.

The email been sent on Thursday. Now its Monday. All i receive is:

Hello!

Thank you for your email.

The team checks the provided information. As soon as there is an update, you will be notified.
