I am writing to file a formal complaint against Jet4Bet.com, operated by Hollycorn N.V. (License no. OGL/2023/176/0095). Over the period July 10–17, 2025, I have been repeatedly denied rightful withdrawals totaling €1,000 (€600 from Crazy Time winnings and €400 from successful balance conversion).
Details:
- **Game & Win:** €600 won on Crazy Time on 2025‑07‑10 at CEST local time, which converts to:
- 10:15:53 UTC (€126) and 11:27:00 UTC (€468)
- **Account Activity:** After the win, €100 remained in my account, which I converted into €400.
- **Evidence Provided:** I have already shared full screenshots demonstrating the game round, balance, timestamps, and direct WhatsApp communication with their VIP manager (Henry), yet no resolution has been provided.
- **Resolution Offer:** I have offered to drop the €400 claim if Jet4Bet processes the €600 payout today — but no action has been taken.
Jet4Bet has continuously requested information I have already submitted and failed to issue a payout. This confirms my belief that they are not acting in good faith. I kindly request the Curaçao Gaming Control Board to:
1. Investigate the conduct and payment practices of Jet4Bet/Hollycorn N.V.
2. Require them to settle my €600 legitimate win without further delay.
3. Consider any necessary regulatory or disciplinary action if they continue to refuse payment.
I am fully prepared to submit all supporting evidence (screenshots, chat logs, timestamps) at your convenience.
