Payment delay of 722 USD


My withdrawal request of 722 USD is still pending from 22 of February. On 4 of March I have got their answer that due to a high volume of requests, there may be delays for the withdrawal. And until now nothing. High volume of requests? Every casino has them but despite that they paying in time!

My documents are approved long time ago, I didn't break bonus terms as well. So no reasons not to pay.

By the way payment issue is not the only bad thing happened here. Just after my first sports bets they limited my max bet. For ex. some type of bets with max 1000 usd before went down to 15 usd. I asked support agent what happened and she answered that's not their casino fault. Yeah, right :) But anyway I understood why they limited me after my very first bets. It was because I am betting football corners. Casinos hate players who bet on statistics. You must bet top leagues most profitable (for casinos) bet types like victories. Just I don't get it why to offer bet corners if you dont let to do it? But limitation we can keep away. For the moment I just want to get my money back.

My money were paid today, thank you AskGamblers.
About account's details. Here you are not right. I sent you email before I made my deposit with provided my new address and also attached documents to confirm my new residence. It wasnt a problem for you and my documents and new address were approved. So it's not nice to take it as a reason to delay withdrawal.
About "sure bets". I bet football corners, which team will score more corners. How can you call it as sure win? Where is no chances for everybody to make profit from it just I make profit because I know which odds are correct for the particular game and which not. That means I am just looking for your mistakes and in a longer term it gives profit. It's even not a system just wise betting.
Another brand was Lillibet website which is totally similar to yours and for sure it's your sister site. When I was playing casino there my payments were paid fast but when started to bet corners they started to delay payments as well.
So in conclusion I just can say that winners are not welcome in your casino so my suggestion for everybody who wins to avoid that place. And Jet 10 by blocking my account you just showed that you afraid of me and it's a huge compliment to me. I know that I am on the right way, I am becoming a professional and it was my dream since I started to bet :)

First, I would like to point out that your withdrawal and relevant winnings have been processed to the payment method you used for depositing.
There were some differences between the details you provided at the moment of registration and the ones that we have seen on your documents, for example your country of residence, hence the delay with the withdrawal.

That being said, the sports bet restriction that you mentioned has been placed on your account from our traders’ team. It is obvious that you are using a system to make what is called ''sure bets'' and on top of that, playing with bonuses such as the 100% welcome offer.
We are using some external providers for fraud detection that have triggered alerts, meaning you have used ‘’this system’’ in some other brands as well.

Keep in mind that our Terms and Conditions that you accepted at the moment of your registration state the following:
3.1.11. If these Rules or the terms and conditions of the bonus offer are breached or there is evidence that a customer or a group of customers has made a series of bets that, due to a bonus, increased earnings, free bets or other offers, guarantees a profit for the customer, whether individually or part of a group, no matter what the results, Operator reserves the right to withdraw the bonus portion of the bonus offers and to settle the bets at the correct odds, or to cancel the free bets and the bets made from deposit bonuses. The operator also reserves the right to take legal action against the customer or customers involved in such fraudulent behavior.

No payment of 105 euros
Hello, Askgamblers. I was faced with the ugly attitude of this casino to the players, and outright lies on their part. Some time ago, I registered with them and made 2 deposits of 100 euros, which I lost. I made a third deposit of 100 euros, and found that sports betting is equal to 1-2 euros for all matches. I requested money for withdrawal, but I was refused, as the deposit amount had to be wagered 1 time. I asked: how can I win back a deposit if my limits are reduced to a minimum? I was told that this is supposedly my problem, as the casino has the right to set any restrictions for players. I didn't like it very much, I won back the deposit in the casino, and on April 20 I requested money for withdrawal. I waited 3 days, and on Friday evening I contacted the operator and asked - what is the problem with the output? The operator asked me to wait until Monday, as their technical service does not work on weekends. I agreed, and asked: do you need any documents for verification? To which I was told that they would send me an answer after the weekend. It's been 7 days (today is Tuesday), but no one has contacted me. Please help me in solving my problem. I would also like the casino to jet10.com we reduced the rating and informed the players about the dishonesty of this casino.
P.S. The lies are simply off the scale. I contacted chat a few hours ago. They said again that it was late and no one was there. Okay, I say, I send a complaint to Askgamblers. Wait, they say, now you will write to the post office. Here I have been waiting for 4 hours, but no one has contacted me. I can provide screenshots of the correspondence.
The withdrawal request is 105 euros.
