Hello

I have a complaint regarding waiting times on a withdrawal from Jet Casino.

I made a withdrawal on 25.03.2024, and after the withdrawal, I had to verify myself for the withdrawal to be processed.

I started sending in documents the same day and an ID, selfie with ID, and payment proof got accepted the same day. I got an email after some days saying that they needed to have a live video call with me. I did that on 01.04.2024. I answered the question they asked me and they told me my account was going to be opened again when they verified the video call.

In the days after 01.04.2024, I've been in contact with support several times on live chat and email about the issue, but I have never gotten any response other than "The appropriate department" will be contacting me shortly for a response or that the payment is soon to be verified.

Therefore I feel now that the issue is at a standstill since I have never gotten any response after the final verification. And that is why I now feel I need to take it up as a formal complaint.

I hope that Jet Casino can now look at my withdrawal and give me an answer on why this has taken so long.

This is the same answer you have given me the last two weeks. I have also asked you if you need anything else from me.
It is now two weeks ago since we did a live video call. And i have not heard from you since!
The only respons you have for me is that i have to wait.
I have sent you picture of my passport, selfie of me holding my passport (3 times), payment proof.
All theese are already appproved.
Then we had the live video call where i had to do to verify my account, and answered your questions.
I expected my withdrawal to be handled right after we had that video call.
Not to wait for weeks to get this fixed.

I dont understand. Why do you await response from the provider!?
What more can i do to speed up this?
I have been waiting over three weeks since i order my first withdrawal at your site.

You dont answer my question!
Why do you need to contact the provider to fix my withdrawal?
Can it take months to get a withdrawal from Jet Casino?
I can see on earlier complaints that this isnt the first time a customer have to wait at Jet Casino.
I really hope you manage to speed this up. I think one month is way to long.

It's a kind of necessity for us to be sure that everything is legal and safe. According to paragraph of rules 8.24. The Company reserves the right to verify any bets placed and to withhold payouts during the period required to perform said verification. Ok, i understand that you have to check out that everything is ok. But i dont understand why this take so long time.
If you look at my history i have not betting on any sport. Only played casino slots.
