I have been trying to receive my winnings since Sept 22.
I have complied with all the verification steps and been verified. Was told I would receive my winnings but then told I had to change my withdrawal method not sure why but I did that and I still have not received my winnings.
Was told I would here from accounting still nothing. What do I do now? Please help!
