I have been waiting for the payment of $5000 for almost 3 weeks.
The reason provided is the analysis of the file and the lack of documents. And this even after having provided all the documents, some of which are confidential.
I am told that everything is in order and that the payment will take place then after a few days, I am told that information is missing. It's like that day after day. To top it off, and I can't believe my eyes, they closed my account without warning or permission so that I couldn't access my history.
A horror story that disturbs me day after day. Also, no means of communication other than chat. No phone, address, etc.
