Jackpot City Casino - Keep postponing my withdrawal

On January 28 I deposited $100 4 times on Jackpot City Casino to play. I played the live blackjack and I won a total of $1500 (CDN) and I requested for that withdrawal on the same day. After 24 hours I find my account locked and not accessible for no reason at all. As I have not done anything wrong. Then, when I contacted live chat support to ask for the status of my withdrawal they told me it will take 24-48 hours for withdrawals to complete standard reviews. So, I gave them the time they asked for so I waited until January 31 before contacting them again. Then their answer was its going to take another 48 hours for a “standard review” to process my withdrawal. So again I gave them the time needed and asked for. So on February 2 I contacted them and asked about the status and their only answer was “its a minimum of 48 hours we will contact you as soon as we hear from the operations department and we cannot give you a specific time when and how long it will take”. So, now I’m left here to think why do they keep postponing it and are they really going to pay up? $1500 is all I won and its taking them so long to process it. And as of today I still have not received the withdrawal statement. Please help me!
