I made a withdrawal of $505 over 3 weeks ago and despite generally taking a week I still have not received my money. I got an email saying my withdrawal was successful and sent to me 9 days ago and usually I receive the money the next day however I'm still waiting for it to come through. I've tried contacting Jackpoty city themselves many times but the phone number listed does not work and their chatbot is an incredibly useless ai bot with no ability to solve issues.
