Made a withdrawal of 5700 and it was put on hold due to them wanting confirmation of my Interac email was mine. I’ve withdrawn from them before why is this now an issue? I gave them everything they asked for and they still haven’t updated my withdrawal it’s been on hold for 7 days now. I’ve emailed them to get back to me and tried the online service. No help.
