This started on January 4th I deposited a total of 7 deposits, ranging from 4000 NOK to 800 NOK. 4 first deposits was with bonus. Last ones were not.
I won on a wide range of slots, and won with real money, I withdrew the funds.
Upon withdrawal I uploaded the requested documents, one week later I got an email saying they want a different screenshot of my ecopayz account, which I provided right away.
The casino confirmed that they received all documents 7 weeks ago, and said money would be payed out on after 2-5 days, since then I have entered their chat a few more times to ask about the withdrawal but they either request documents I have already provided them or they stall and say the issue will be resolved within 2-3 days, but nothing ever happens.
The last time I went on the chat the representative seemed completely uninterested in hearing my greivances, they again requested documents I had already provided and when I complained about this I just got a very dismissive response telling me to wait a few days. I hope you can help me with getting a more helpful response from the casino.
Attached are the screenshots they requested from me from my EcoPayz account, and screenshots of the e-mails I have received regarding document review, I also attached screenshots with info about the withdrawal and a screenshot showing the transaction history from the casino.
