I have had a lot of issues with this casino website after finally having my documents being approved on june 8th . i have not received my payout. Everytime i live chat they tell me they dont know for sure how long its going to be and that their department is backed up with processing payouts. i can never get a straight answer from live chat. they tell me to email the proccessing department and i do but never get a response. my amount was only 750.00 i just dont know why its taking this long i even try to call the number and no one ever picks up. I am going on 4 months since all my docs have been received and i still haven't been sent my money yet. i am feeling very frusterated and dont know what to do :(
