I asked for a withdrawal Tuesday morning, I got an email on Thursday asking for verification details. I sent this in almost instantly, got a reply two days later, asking me to send in the same info I sent in, so I resent this on Saturday, it's Monday morning now and I am still waiting.

Contacted customer service and they repeated what I was told countless times before, that the verification team are looking into my documents.

After reading all the negative reviews online I am really starting to get worried

I have followed this up with customer support for you. Your documents were placed in the incorrect queue for our payments team which caused the delay for processing. Your withdrawal has now been processed, I am told you will be contacted by customer support if you haven't been already.
