Does not let me withdraw my money

Hello dear AskGamers, I encountered such a problem on the Interwetten website. My account was blocked with a balance of 752.95 euro. The cause of the problem has not yet been clarified, why my account was closed. They do not give me my money and do not respond either by email or in the support chat. This incident happened on June 20, 2024. I will attach all the screenshots of my account as well as the bets that were made on my account below for your reference.
Dear AskGamlers users, this Interwetten casino refuses to respond to my SMS, why is my account closed! I ask you to help me publish my complaint, maybe they will see it from you and they will answer you. I was simply deceived, please help. I will provide all the screenshots of how they ignore me!!!!!

In December 2022, I was using my Interwetten account regularly without problems. At some point in the middle of December, I was asked to verify my account in order to continue using Interwetten sportsbook.

At that point, I have uploaded both sides of my driver's licence, and also my bank statement as a proof of my address. For some reason, my bank statement was rejected as a proof of address, so I have sent a regular utility bill instead.

After that point, every time I login onto my Interwetten account, it says that my account has been locked and that I should contact their service team.

I have sent e-mails to [email protected] which went unanswered.

I have tried to use their chat on website multiple times, where the last time I have received an answer was on January 21st, when I was told that the request was forwarded to the relevant department.

I have even tried several times to contact them by phone, where I was told by their agents that the verification department was still reviewing my case, and that there is not another way of contacting that team other than mail to which they do not reply.

I understand that verification process cannot be completed instantly, but at this point I feel it is getting ridiculous with the timeframe of 3 months, and worst of all is I do not get feedback at all from them.

If there is something additional that they require from me, I would be happy to assist them in any way I can, but from my point of view they are not doing anything, and have frozen my funds without any basis.

If there is anyway you can help me with this problem, I would be much obliged.

I have been playing at interwetten for about 2 months now and have not had any problems up until 2 weeks ago. I have made 6 withdrawals from my account and had no problems with the first 2. I received them both within 3 days. However I have now had my bank reverse 3 of the last 4 payouts (totalling over $1700 AUD) because they never received the funds from the casinos bank. My bank account is now overdrawn! I am now expecting the last withdawal I received ($2500) to be reversed sometime within the next week. I have been sending them messages for 2 weeks now and they just keep telling me I have to wait until they get the funds back from their bank. Not good enough!

I read good reviews about this casino here on Ask Gamblers. I made a few deposits and finally made a little money to withdraw. I deposited with Ecopayz but was told the only way I can withdraw the first time is through a bank account which I don't have. They wont even send me a cheque. They said its policy but they have no problem taking my money, and now when its my turn to get a little back, they wont bend at all. No bank account...no cash.
