Reversed payments, slow reaction from casino


I have been playing at interwetten for about 2 months now and have not had any problems up until 2 weeks ago.

I have made 6 withdrawals from my account and had no problems with the first 2. I received them both within 3 days. However I have now had my bank reverse 3 of the last 4 payouts (totalling over $1700 AUD) because they never received the funds from the casinos bank. My bank account is now overdrawn!

I am now expecting the last withdawal I received ($2500) to be reversed sometime within the next week.

I have been sending them messages for 2 weeks now and they just keep telling me I have to wait until they get the funds back from their bank. Not good enough!

This is resolved. Although im not at all happy with the result. I am not going to be able to get any further with this.

I have been left out of pocket and thoroughly annoyed.

I will never play at this site again.

we are really sorry to her that and can understand that you are frustrated.

But to be fair, we told you several times that we processed the payment to your bank account as requested but couldn´t know that your bank involved a third (American) bank which don´t accept payments from us and send it back with high charges.
We offered you to withdraw with Neteller but you didn´t accept it. We already credit your account with a bonus and offered you bonus amounts for your deposits.

We hope to receive all your open payments back from the involved banks to credit it to your account.

Delayed verification and my account locked
In December 2022, I was using my Interwetten account regularly without problems. At some point in the middle of December, I was asked to verify my account in order to continue using Interwetten sportsbook.

At that point, I have uploaded both sides of my driver's licence, and also my bank statement as a proof of my address. For some reason, my bank statement was rejected as a proof of address, so I have sent a regular utility bill instead.

After that point, every time I login onto my Interwetten account, it says that my account has been locked and that I should contact their service team.

I have sent e-mails to [email protected] which went unanswered.

I have tried to use their chat on website multiple times, where the last time I have received an answer was on January 21st, when I was told that the request was forwarded to the relevant department.

I have even tried several times to contact them by phone, where I was told by their agents that the verification department was still reviewing my case, and that there is not another way of contacting that team other than mail to which they do not reply.

I understand that verification process cannot be completed instantly, but at this point I feel it is getting ridiculous with the timeframe of 3 months, and worst of all is I do not get feedback at all from them.

If there is something additional that they require from me, I would be happy to assist them in any way I can, but from my point of view they are not doing anything, and have frozen my funds without any basis.

If there is anyway you can help me with this problem, I would be much obliged.
