They don't release my withdrawal
I had put in a withdrawal request on October 16, 2025. Impressario Casino has not released my money, though it has been 3 days since I put in the request. I contacted customer service, but have been getting the same standard response saying they will respond by email (but no response yet). Customer service personnel give the same standard response - that they are looking into my case, but there is no update from the verification team. Every customer service personnel member declines to give me a timeline as to when my issue will be resolved. The amount is also less than the daily withdrawal limit (daily limit is C$3750). I request your intervention to help me get my winnings.
