Casino delaying withdrawals

Hi,

I went and registered to impressario casino by founding it from askgamblers and went and trusted the description about the site on askgamblers.
I have now tried to withdraw my winnings for multiple days after my KYC have been completed. On their site they state (also on askgamblers) that their POLICY is to accept all withdrawals within 24 hours. This has not been the case.
Their live chat will not work on their site and when asked via email they tend to answer something else than what is asked.
They have given zero reasons why they are delaying the withdrawal and when asked about the 24hour withdrawal policy they do not answer.

It was, indeed, a cash bonus, no quotation marks needed. And the terms of the bonus are very clear:

Bonus Terms & Conditions 2.4.4.
From time to time, support agents might consider awarding an instant match bonus or free bonus money as an act of goodwill in a case-by-case scenario. After the wagering requirement has been met, the funds will convert into real cash funds. In such cases, and independently of the type or amount of bonus given, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from those winnings cannot exceed five times (x5) the bonus amount.

"Now unable to withdraw even the 555e."
The transaction has been made, and the money is already in the player's account. The player can verify this. Please also see the attached document.

Finally, a note from our Support:

"Several times, PL canceled the pending withdrawals and then requested them again. In addition, the last WD he requested today was approved in less than 4 hours".
