Hi
I have submitted my withdrawal request of 600€ on Sunday the 12th. After 5 working days my withdrawal is still “ in progress” and the chat keep on saying me to be patient and wait. I always get the same answer from all the agents and it seems like they just copy and paste standard answers. I feel so disappointed and has never experienced such a delay with other casinos. I kindly ask for your help. Thanks a lot.

Hi and thanks for your feedback.
Nowadays an international bank transfer takes max a couple of days to reach your account. Furthermore the problem here is that the payment hasn’t even been issued yet. Can you please tell me when this will be done? Don’t you think that all these waiting days are too much for a withdrawal? We gamblers would like to cash out our money sometimes you know!!
