I made a withdrawal on 22.03.2022 of 200 EUR, today is 02.04.2022 and I still haven't receive the payout
I contacted the support service many times, but they did not provide me with a specific answer or the reason for the delay in payment. One operator is saying you have card isssue the other operator said I forward the request to our financial department the funds will be in your account in few hours and etc.
How is normal to wait more than 10 days for 1 payout ??
On their website it says max of 5 working days but this is insane!!

I didnt receive the payout on my card it is on skrill and i cant withdraw from skrill because it doesnt support my country.. im really speachless and sad because i really need this money... How did we solved this problem i dont understand... Ice casino can take money from my card but cant send me money. For ice casino this is a case solved but for me its not they played me good.. making random excuses and now this i really dont know what to say anymore... :/
