I have a problem because my payout still hasn't been paid. It's been hanging in progress since March 13 anyway. The casino rules say they have two days to do this. Unfortunately, I can't get along with the casino, every time they explain the payment operator and I can't get any information about my withdrawal. I've emailed and chatted with them and still nothing. More help, please.
