Stole my winnings & gave no explanation nor proof

On December 23, 2022, I deposited $50
Canadian and played a game on the site and won over $600,000. It wasn’t during one setting; I left the game and website and came back multiple times over a period of several hours.
They allowed me to play for days with no issue and I won on other sites. I contacted them after I won so much to see how to withdraw it and was advised there may have been a glitch, but I was assured by multiple agents that the winnings were mine. I was also told it would take about 7 years to receive it all due to a limit of 5000 Euros being the limit to transfer each month.
I have all screen shots.
Today, it was all gone. They refuse even refund my money that I played. They site a bug by 1spin4win.
I’m beyond upset and need assistance.

Thank you to Ice Casino for refunding the $50.29. I see it reflected on my account.

I still do not feel this is resolved as this dragged out for several days. Multiple agents assured me that the amount I won on the 23rd was mine and was being processed.

Ice Casino has been all over the place. Saying it blocked my account immediately when they clearly didn’t. Saying I would receive proper communication when I didn’t. It is not my fault there was a glitch in the machine. The casino was aware yet allowed over $600,000 to remain in my account for four days. Those are my winnings despite any alleged teens and conditions they cite. Again, the incident report indicates they were aware immediately yet didn’t follow through in commuting blocking my account, even though I was in CONSTANT contact with their team who told me it was being processed. Due to that stress and anguish alone, I feel I should be compensated and the word of multiple employees should be honoured.

Prolonged KYC verification delaying withdrawal

I have been trying to verify my account for around a week now, and it has become a big problem. I have filled out all the points on the KYC verification, and even gotten it approved (all the segments: photo of ID, proof of payment, address, selfie, and source of wealth). After I submitted all the documents I had to, I was asked to provide proof that the cards used for deposits belonged to me. This is, of course, fair to ask for, so I provided them with the necessary proof. Then they sent me a new email, saying I had to show them a bank statement showing the transfer. This I did, showing all the transactions made to their site with the amount of money and which card I used. I even got it approved, yet when I ask them what is wrong and why my account isn't verified, they just send the exact same email about the bank statement. At this point, I don't get any help or anything from their chats or from the emails I sent.

It makes it much worse that the communication system is lacking. It takes a long time to get a response (on email up to many days waiting time via email), and when I get a response, it doesn't help my problem at all. When I get answers from their chat, all the information I get is the same as I have gotten many times.

I completely understand the need for security and proper identity, but I have now provided them with my driving license, proof of my address, selfie with ID, and bank statements showing all the transactions, my bank details, and much more. This is more than they asked for in the first place, so I don't get why my account isn't verified.

This has affected my ability to withdraw funds from the account. I deposited money into the account a few times, had a great time at their casino, and played in good faith. Then I won a good chunk of money (around 3000$). As my right, I should now be able to withdraw those funds, but I can't do that before my account gets verified.

I sincerely hope they fix this soon, as they have a really great casino with cool games and designs. But I can't see myself playing there or recommending it to others if this doesn't get fixed. When deciding to share your personal and financial information, depositing money, and playing at an online casino, the number one most important thing is trust and transparency.

I’ve been trying to verify my account on Ice Casino for over a week now, and it’s becoming extremely frustrating. My KYC is not approved in Ice Casino; I already submitted the documents they need. I provided a clear photo ID, a utility bill for address verification, and even a bank statement as requested. Yet, despite doing everything right and submitting all the required documents, I still haven’t received any confirmation.

What makes the situation worse is the lack of proper communication. Their customer service is so slow that it’s almost impossible to get real-time updates. I’ve sent multiple emails and even tried reaching out through their live chat, but the responses are either generic or take days to arrive. It’s really disappointing, especially when other online casinos process KYC verifications within 24–48 hours.

I understand the need for security and proper identity verification, but there should be a more efficient system in place. At the very least, Ice Casino could keep their users informed about the progress of the verification process. Instead, I’m left in the dark, wondering if my documents were even reviewed.

This delay has also affected my ability to withdraw funds, which is very concerning. I deposited money and played in good faith, but now I’m stuck, unable to access my winnings due to KYC delays. It’s not just about the money—it’s about trust and transparency.

I really hope they resolve this soon. Ice Casino has some good games and a decent interface, but unless they improve their verification and support systems, I don’t see myself recommending them to others. People deserve a smooth and secure experience, especially when their personal and financial information is involved.
