I requested account closure on the 27th of sept as i was unhappy and concerned about my gambling habits. I contacted online chat ,casino support and the complaints dept of ice casino but nothing was done for nearly 15 days.
The very day i requested account closure/Self exclusion I started got the sms,emails and WhatsApp messages with extra offers and bonuses. I continued to send emails requesting account closure and heard nothing.I experienced heavy losses and believe the casino deliberately ignored my requested and encouraged my gambling by extra targeted messages.
