Making excuses to avoid withdrawal
Dear AskGamblers Team!
I would like to ask for your help with Ice Casino.
About 10 days ago I registered there and won circa 1250€.
7 days ago I have successfully finished the KYC process on the page, you can see it as IceKYCComplete.png .
As the customer support said to me, they have 5 workdays for the withdrawal, you can see it as chat.png.
The 5 days limit will expire on the oldest withdrawal tomorrow, you can see it as paymenthistory.png.
Now, a day before the first withdrawal limit Ice Casino sent me an e-mail, saying I have to complete the KYC process to be able to withdraw.
You can see it as IceKYCalert.png.
Besides that, they declined almost all my withdrawals and reduces my balance to 50K HUF.

I don't want trouble or problem, but I can't get my money, and I do not know what more can I do in this case
