Long waiting time for payment while some orders rejected

At the end of July I managed to win a nice sum of almost 2 million zlotys. Right after, I ordered the payment by bank transfer. I ordered three orders of PLN 250,000 each. All this was broken down into payouts of 4.5 thousand zlotys.

Since then. I have been paid max to 15 thousand zlotys by bank transfer. Some withdrawal requests have not even been approved yet or have been rejected altogether. Will this money be paid to me? And why I cannot receive three transfers of PLN 250,000 each as ordered?

My account is fully verified. I went through the verification right after creating the account.

According to our records, the player has already received 26400 PLN.
The rest will be paid out according to T&Cs:
"8.17. In cases when the amount of your withdrawal request (-s) including current account balance and lifetime withdrawals are at least 20 times larger than the total sum of your deposits, you may be limited to 5000 EUR (or equivalent in your currency) for withdrawal during 30 days. Please note, the time for money clearance may vary upon the payment method. Most payment providers, especially banks, do not process payments on weekends and public holidays."

It is difficult for me to determine the exact amount of my withdrawal request as I have requested a withdrawal several times. In total, it was about 900 thousand. zloty. at the moment they are spread over enough payments of 4.5 thousand. PLN or less that it is difficult to even count how many have been rejected.

I’ve been trying to verify my account on Ice Casino for over a week now, and it’s becoming extremely frustrating. My KYC is not approved in Ice Casino; I already submitted the documents they need. I provided a clear photo ID, a utility bill for address verification, and even a bank statement as requested. Yet, despite doing everything right and submitting all the required documents, I still haven’t received any confirmation.

What makes the situation worse is the lack of proper communication. Their customer service is so slow that it’s almost impossible to get real-time updates. I’ve sent multiple emails and even tried reaching out through their live chat, but the responses are either generic or take days to arrive. It’s really disappointing, especially when other online casinos process KYC verifications within 24–48 hours.

I understand the need for security and proper identity verification, but there should be a more efficient system in place. At the very least, Ice Casino could keep their users informed about the progress of the verification process. Instead, I’m left in the dark, wondering if my documents were even reviewed.

This delay has also affected my ability to withdraw funds, which is very concerning. I deposited money and played in good faith, but now I’m stuck, unable to access my winnings due to KYC delays. It’s not just about the money—it’s about trust and transparency.

I really hope they resolve this soon. Ice Casino has some good games and a decent interface, but unless they improve their verification and support systems, I don’t see myself recommending them to others. People deserve a smooth and secure experience, especially when their personal and financial information is involved.
