Help please as the operator is refusing to verify
Hello there,
I need your help please because I don't know what to anymore. I play on many casinos and already withdrawal money with ZERO issues, always sent documents ID, proof of address payment ect.
Now this casino is the worst. I want to withdrawal 400$. Been asked to send documents and I did ALL of them :
- Drivers licence
- Utility bill hydro Québec as proof of address
- picture front and back of the visa I used to deposit
- bank statement showing a deposit made via e-transfer
After that they only sent me an email asking for a picture of me , a selfie holding my passport and my visa ending with **** and passport - and I DID , took a selfie with one hand obviously and the other hand holding passport and visa.
No response but an email asking to send the same thing selfie with passport and à BANK CARD no idea what that means so I asked the chat, very very rude chat no help at all saying : well its the card you used to deposit, so I said I already did the card I used to deposit is a visa and that's what I sent, other deposit were made via e-transfer so its bank statement that proof we don't deposit via visa.
Agent keeps copy paste the same answer : send the requested data. I've SENT EVERYTHING very sensitive infos and I'm not new into this, I always get verified 100% within same day just did with spinaway and withdrawal 800$.
I don't know what to do anymore just want my money and clos this account. ..Please help
